We are a cozy, artisan bakery and speciality coffee, dedicated to quality, community, and crafting the perfect coffee experience. We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Barista who loves making people’s day with a great cup of coffee and friendly service.
You will be using a brand new LA MARZOCCO LINEA PB AV along side a new Mahlkonig grinder.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks - we serve speciality coffee (Ozon)
Take payments and operate the till accurately and efficiently
Engage with customers to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Assist with daily bakery operations and maintain a clean workspace
Contribute to our team’s passion for quality and creativity
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a barista is a must
Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends (Weekends will be on a rota basis: one week you’ll have Saturday and Monday off, and the next week you will have Sunday and Tuesday off the plan will be agreed between all baristas themselves)
