Hundred House Coffee is a roastery based in Ludlow, the Shropshire Hills. We are looking for a motivated, experienced and dynamic professional to take on a full time operational role. As a core member of the team, the successful applicant will work closely with the two owners/directors on a broad range of tasks relating to systems, finance, planning, administration, HR and logistics. They will manage and oversee the production team, oversee the building maintenance including our café/cowork facilities and work closely with the head roaster and finance manager.
The successful applicant will be team-orientated, a keen multi-tasker, with confident experience in handling wide ranging management roles in a small business with discretion. The candidate should be comfortable leading a team, exploring and setting up new systems, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy high quality, product focused industries. Experience and passion for speciality coffee are welcomed.
The role will be largely focused and hands-on with our roastery activities, there will be elements of the position that carry over to our cowork and café/cultural space, as we share a building.
Hundred House Coffee is well recognised within the UK speciality sector but remains a small and growing company and we have plans to expand over the coming months.
