Established in 2018, Rosslyn is a collection of award-winning, high-volume speciality coffee shops located within the City of London. We have ‘All the attention to detail and high standards of the great Australian Cafe combined with the warmth and community of the Irish Pub, brought together in a way that best serves modern day London’.
At Rosslyn, we hire based on values and how we think you might contribute to our team. We hope to bring together those with a ‘why’ with a ‘how we do things’. If your skillset isn’t yet where you would like it to be, we want to help with that. We cannot however teach you how to take pride in your work and show empathy towards our guests.
At the end of it all what we do is quite simple…‘we are nice to people and we make nice coffee’.
